Chris loves business and as a junior high school student began to gather and sell exotic seeds that grow in the Southern Utah deserts to the U.S. Government. In his twenties, Chris opened and operated a small chain of retail department stores in Northern Utah and began to wholesale brand name merchandise to national giants the likes of Sam's Club, Costco, Longs Drug Stores and Wal-Mart. In 1993, Chris joined on other partner and began a start-up company that manufactures armored passenger vehicles for high profile individuals. Chris served as President of International Armoring Corporation from 1993 until 2002, speaks fluent Spanish, and directed IAC's expansion into Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Brazil, the Philippines, El Salvador and Russia. In 2002, Chris sold his shares in IAC and formed Leading Tech Development and continues to the present with responsibilities in Site Selection, Financing, Lease Negotiation, Construction and Human Resources. Chris has succesfully financed, developed, and constructed over 160 commercial properties in the past 13 years. In his spare time, Chris loves to hunt big game, spend time with his children and grandchildren, and work on classic cars.

Katrina joined LTD in 2007 having experience in the banking industry as well as working as a paralegal for a local law firm. Katrina has excellent computer skills, has advanced certificates and training in Quickbooks, directs all financial data within the company, and oversees all govermental reporting including tax. Katrina is an expert at all things organization and keeps our operation running smoothly and efficiently. Katrina also oversees property management, accounting, and collections. Katrina interfaces with all corporate clients, provides timely construction reports and manages all human resource files. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys camping with her family, refinishing furniture, and quarterly date nights with her husband.
Greg joined the LTD team in 2013 as a highly decorated Masters Student in Real Estate Development at the University of Utah. While at the U of U, Greg was awarded the winner of the Utah Real Estate Challenge, a highly competitive Real Estate Development competition with a proposed Assisted Living Center in Northern Utah. Prior to his Masters education, Greg studied Finance at Brigham Young University and was at the top of his class. In addition to Greg's impressive academic career, Greg has an impressive professional career. Greg worked closely with Senior Management at Stock Building Supply for seven years and was directly involved with the acquisition of competing companies in the Los Angeles and Houston markets. Greg directed expansion Stock's expansion efforts in the Western United States, becoming the project manager over multiple projects in excess of $5 million including regional distribution centers. Greg is an accredited LEED Green Associate, is certified in Commercial Real Estate Analysis through NAIOP, is an Urban Land Institute Scholar, and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Greg will also earn is CCIM designation this year and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. In his spare time, Greg enjoys watching football (as a former All-State Quarterback), reading, and spending time with his wife and his daughter.
Ryan joined the LTD team full time in 2014. In addition, he spent many summers working for the company both on the development and construction sides from painting, excavation and concrete, to accounting, entitlement and Financing. Ryan attended Utah State University and obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting in 2011. From there, Ryan attended the University of Utah and pursued a joint degree in Law and Real Estate Development. He was the first JD/MRED graduate from the University of Utah and served as an ambassador to the Dean while a student. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Utah and is an expert in Land Use Law and Lease Negotiation. Ryan handles all things legal for Leading Tech Development including lease negotiation and preparation, easements, contracts, financing, etc. He also handles much of the day-to-day business and human resource issues. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, waterskiing, and anything with a motor.
